Sometimes just talking to someone outside of your situation helps you clear things up in your head, or gain some insight that you may have been too close to see.
And sometimes therapeutic guidance can help you process whatever you may be going through, to accept it, or make decisions about where you would like to go next.
We use a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and various aspects of Psychosocial Therapy.
Furthermore, we offer the option of Online Counselling for individuals who cannot make face-to-face sessions due to location or time commitments.
Our counsellors are all members of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and are thus bound to the Code of Ethics and Practitioner standards for counsellors.
